1. Introduction

2. Products & pricing
We sell genuine products from trusted brands — not grey-market or unverified stock.
- Stock and availability can change; listed items may sometimes sell out.
- Prices may be updated without notice until you complete checkout.
- We work hard to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If we spot a mistake, we will fix it and may adjust or cancel an affected order—we will let you know where we can.
3. Orders
- Each order needs our confirmation before it is final.
- We may decline or cancel an order—for example, if stock runs out or there is a pricing error.
- Use real contact, delivery, and payment details so we can reach you and fulfil your order without delay.
How it works: place your order online, wait for our confirmation, then follow any payment or delivery steps we send you (SMS, email, or call).
4. Payment
You may be able to pay using one or more of the methods below. What we offer can depend on your order and how delivery is arranged:
- Mobile money
- Cash on delivery, when agreed in advance
- Bank transfer, when we confirm account details with you
- Card or POS on delivery, where we have it available
Payment confirmation
For methods that need upfront payment (for example bank transfer or mobile money), we usually ship or dispatch after we have confirmed your payment. For cash on delivery, payment is made when you receive your order, unless we agree something different with you.
We treat payment details seriously and only ask for what we need to complete your order securely.
What to do: choose your payment method at checkout (or with our team), complete any steps we send you, and keep your receipt or transaction reference until your order is delivered.
5. Delivery
Delivery timings
Traffic, weather, high demand, or courier delays can affect when your order arrives. We will keep you informed where we can, but exact times are not always guaranteed.
- We deliver within Kampala and across Uganda where we can schedule it.
- Same-day delivery in Kampala may be possible depending on when you order, stock, and your area—ask us when you place the order.
- If something outside our control slows things down, we will do our best to update you.
What to do: give a clear address and phone number, be reachable on delivery day, and read our delivery information for fees, areas, and tips.
6. Returns & refunds
Return conditions
Returns are only accepted when the item is unused, in resalable condition, and preferably in original packaging where that applies. We inspect items before approving a return or refund.
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions above and our assessment.
- We cannot accept returns for damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Approved refunds are usually paid back the same way you paid, where that is practical, after we have checked the product.
What to do: contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if something is wrong. Do not use the product if you want to return it for a change of mind—keep all packaging and accessories.
7. Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. What is covered, and for how long, depends on the brand and model.
- Check the product page or packaging for warranty notes.
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for any claim.
- For warranty service, we or the brand may direct you to an authorised centre.
Buying from us means you are supported on genuine stock—we will guide you on warranty steps where we can.
8. User responsibilities
Please do not:
- Interfere with the site, scrape it abusively, or try to break our systems
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use fake orders, abuse refunds, or exploit promotions unfairly
9. Limitation of liability
Where the law allows, London Quality Electronics UG is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control
- Damage or loss after delivery that comes from misuse of the product
- Indirect or consequential losses—except where Ugandan law does not allow us to limit liability

11. Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. The new terms apply from the date shown unless we say otherwise.
