Delivery Information
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We will notify you once it has been shipped.
Delivery within Kampala typically takes 24 hours. For other regions in Uganda, delivery may take 3–7 business days depending on location.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use it to monitor your delivery status online.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. For cash on delivery orders, payment must be made upon receipt.
